Energy advice visits are for EVERYONE who pays fuel bills. They are free of charge and without any obligation. They can be for young or old, council tenants or owner occupiers, those in or out of employment.

During Energy Visits Brid will cover various topics.

• Are you paying for your fuel in a way which earns you the best discounts?

• Are you entitled to any further reductions?

• Are your bills correct?

• Do you want to change supplier?

• Is your house insulated sufficiently?

• Where can you get grants to get further insulation?

• Advice on best practices to reduce fuel use.

• Refer residents to any other providers who may help their home become more energy efficient

• Take meter readings

For the visits, it is advised to have a latest bill available for Brid to look at but do not worry if you do not have one.
