Social tariffs 

19 clients (21%) have qualified to save money on their fuel bills immediately by going onto social tariffs.  WASP has either advised the client they are eligible or has phoned the suppliers on the clients’ behalf.

This transfer to the new tariff has resulted in correspondence which WASP has also helped with.  For pre-payment customers, WASP prompted follow up meter readings for suppliers after several months to generate the necessary rebate for the client.

The energy suppliers operate their social tariffs in different ways and have different criteria. Contact WASP to register for a visit if you would like to see if you are eligible.
